Terms of Service

By commissioning me you are agreeing to these terms of service.

General:
★ All commissions are by default, for personal use only. Commercial usage _50% total base price
★ Commissions are priced in USD
★ Do not trace, or significantly edit the commissioned artwork unless discussed otherwise
★ Commissioner may repost the finished artwork with proper credits.
★ I reserve the right to use the original art for advertising and sample purposes unless discussed otherwise
★ I reserve the right to decline a commission if I feel like I am uncomfortable or unable to draw your request
★ If you are interested in a different type of commission that is not listed below, feel free to let me know and we can discuss!

Payment:
★ All payments must be made in USD through ko-fi or Paypal / Malaysian customers may pay via bank transfer in MYR(converted rate)
★ A rough sketch will be sent for approval before I request payment. No sketch will be sent for pet commission
★ The commissioner may only request a full refund ONLY if I have not started the commission yet. Otherwise, a partial refund will be made according to the progress of the commission
★ Minor changes/fixes are allowed within 3 revisions. Additional fees will be charged for major changes or exceeding the amount of 3 revisions

Workflow:
★ Here’s a general flow of my work process;
1. Request is filled
2. Commission is accepted.
3. Payment
4. First draft/sketch is sent for review*(except pet commission)
5. I finish commission
6. Additional brush up/changes in details will be addressed
7. Finished artwork will be e-mailed/uploaded to google drive.
★ Updates and WIPs will be sent out occasionally.
★ Commission speed may vary; all commissions will take anywhere from a week to a maximum of 3 months to complete. If you require a deadline, please discuss beforehand!
